Terms and Conditions
1. No bookings are confirmed until they are paid for in full by the given deadline.
2. Wanderer Market reserves the right to cancel your stall at any time and for any reason, and this reason does not have to be disclosed
3. Any stall booking payment refunds granted are done so at the organiser’s discretion, with the right to deduct any associated costs or admin fees from the refund.
4. Wanderer Market bears no liability for loss, damage or theft of items during the event. Wanderer Market is not responsible for trader vehicles, parking or parking fines.
5. You are responsible for your own property and safety at this event.
6. You must produce your public and product liability insurance to cover your stall and stock as outlined in the application.
7. Electricity is not guaranteed with stall booking and is at the discretion of the Organiser and venue. Any electrical equipment allowed must have a current PAT test, safe to use and any wires taped down to prevent a trip hazard.
8. Stall sharing is prohibited. Any requests to stall share must be done so in writing and agreed to prior to the event.
9. Deviation from goods being sold listed in your booking form is prohibited.
10. Stalls must not pack up or prepare to leave before the event's official closing time unless a prior agreement is made.
11. Walkways and fire exits must be always kept clear throughout the duration of the event.
12. Trader spaces must be left exactly as found. All rubbish and waste must be placed in the bins provided or taken away with you at the end of the event.
13. Traders should be careful not to damage the venue whilst unloading, loading and setting up. This includes sticking anything to the walls, windows, doors or columns. Any damage caused to the venue will be billed to you.
14. Stall positioning is strictly down to the Wanderer Market organisers, and all floor plans are subject to change.
15. If you can no longer attend the event, you cannot give your space to another trader without permission from the organisers.
16. Neither party shall breach the agreement or be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or power failures. The affected party must notify the other party as soon as reasonably feasible and take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
17. Traders will receive a professional and courteous service from the Wanderer Market. Any abuse of the Wanderer Market organisers from traders via social media or other mediums, will not be tolerated and will result in your expulsion from the event and trading opportunities at future events. This includes but is not restricted to abuse directed at other traders, venue staff or attendees of the event. 18. Wanderer Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice
19. Cancellation policy – You can cancel for a full refund of your stall fee until Friday 10th July. 50% refund between 11th July and 7th August. Cancellations after the 8th August are non-refundable.
20. All traders will be selected based on the details provided in the application. A lot of thought goes into creating a curated experience which works for both fellow traders and customers. We are not able to provide specific feedback if your application is not successful, but some reasons may include not being as good a fit specifically for a fantasy and gaming market, a lot of applications in one category (e.g. art, candles) or just generally having many more applications than there is available space. Please don’t take it to heart.
