Wanderer Market is a brand-new market coming to Nottingham and we’re looking for artists, makers and small independent businesses with a strong emphasis on fantasy and tabletop gaming.

The Wanderer Market will take place at the Old Cold Store at the Vat & Fiddle pub in Nottingham, 5 – 6 September 2026, 12-5PM.
Applications are for full weekend trading only priced at £120 for the weekend. The application is for one 6ft table and chairs which will be provided. If you require additional space (e.g. for a rail, print stand or similar) you can include this in your application below, but it is not guaranteed as space is limited.
Traders will have access to set up from 9.30AM on the Saturday and from 11AM on the Sunday for restocking. Full details for this will be provided closer to the time for successful applicants.
Packing down will take place on the Sunday from 5PM – 6:30PM
Wanderer Market is a curated market - we will be going through the applications after the closing date on 29th May. All traders regardless of decision will hear back on Friday 5th June.
Invoices will be sent out to successful applicants on Friday 5th June, payments will be due by 19th June to secure your space.
If you don’t know the venue, the space allows for around 34 traders in total, so not too small but still an intimate event. It’s in a fantastic location close to Nottingham station in the gig space at the Vat & Fiddle pub and has proven to be been an amazing venue for the other market I co-run (The Dark Arts Market)
This will be a non-ticketed event so will benefit from passing trade from the public and pub goers, and will be advertised extensively including flyers, posters, large banners, social media, the website and mailing lists. We will also be advertising this event at this year’s UK Games Expo.
